Norwegian Cruise Line Launches New Marketing Platform for Travel Advisors
Norwegian Cruise Line is rolling out a new marketing platform called NCL Connect that’s designed to help travel advisors boost their sales.
The platform will allow travel advisors to quickly create co-branded digital marketing content—pre-designed by Norwegian’s in-house marketing team—that they can share with their clients via email, social media and other channels.
It’s powered by technology from Approach Guides, the same company behind Regent Connect, the marketing platform that Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Norwegian’s sister brand, launched in October.
“The team at NCL shares our vision for the future of trade marketing: make it personal, make it impactful and, most importantly, make it easy for travel advisors,” says Jennifer Raezer, co-founder and chief marketing officer of Approach Guides. “NCL is the first contemporary cruise line to deploy our solution, bringing the full weight of its in-house marketing expertise and technology to support the advisor’s business. I know advisors are going to love it.”
Norwegian Cruise Line already offers travel advisors more than 800 ready-to-use or customizable videos, flyers and other materials through its Marketing Headquarters platform. The new NCL Connect platform will complement those existing offerings, as well as offer an extra level of marketing support.
“I look forward to seeing our travel partner community become more engaged with the brand, while simultaneously growing their businesses,” says John Chernesky, Norwegian’s senior vice president of North America sales.
