Who Is Marius Nilsen?
Marius Nilsen is an MP from Norway, who has nominated and probably wants billionaire Elon Musk to win the next Nobel Peace Prize. He is a member of the Nordic Nation’s libertarian Progress Party. Impressed by the “adamant defense of dialogue, free speech and the possibility to express one’s views,” promoted by Musk through his social media platform X, Nilsen lauds the entrepreneur for promoting dialogue in a “continuously more polarized world,” basis a report by the Daily Mail.
Born on 14 August 1984, Nilsen is elected representative to the Storting from the constituency of Aust-Agder for the period 2021–25. Not much is known about Nilsen apart from the fact that he is a 39-year-old leader from Norway. He is a Member of the Energy and Environment Committee.
Nilsen also gave Musk’s SpaceX-operated Starlink satellite internet network credit for his choice, pointing out that opposition fighters in Ukraine utilize it to “communicate, coordinate, and withstand the attack from Russia,” during the war.
